Sami Bossert - Sweat it Out Challenge
I’m going go help you Sweat It All Out with this program!
Sweat out your vulnerabilities, sweat out your worries, sweat out the toxicities in your life, sweat out anything that you brought over from 2023. It’s not welcome in 2024.
This 8-week challenge will incorporate the same fun and challenging concepts that you’ve seen from me in the past. You’ll experience a blend of progressive overload (increasing the intensity, weight or volume as the weeks progress) all while incorporating a variety of movements into your workouts.
You’re going to build your strength, build your love for challenging yourself, build your love for exercise and build your confidence in yourself - both mentally and physically.
I want you to push yourself out of your comfort zone, take accountability of your body and your health and to leave these 8 weeks feeling like a better, stronger, happier version of yourself. How does that sound? :)

Note: Submission of before & after photos is completely optional! I want this program to encourage more than just a physical transformation, and will be giving out weekly prizes for engagement! However, before/after photos will be required to be eligible for one of the 3 grand prizes.
How to submit before & after photos

PHOTOS: To be eligible for one of the three grand prizes, make sure to submit before photos no later than FRI 1/12 and submit below! At the end of the challenge, take AFTER pictures and submit by THURS 3/7 — take photos RELAXED and FLEXED.

**NOTE: Photos are optional, as this challenge is about more than just your physical transformation! You also have the option to submit photos to be eligible for the grand prizes but mark them as "not re-postable" so they will be kept private!

Make sure there’s a sign behind you that says “SWEAT WITH SAMI”, and the date.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: please wear the same outfit in your BEFORE AND AFTER photos. Ideally, wear less clothes (i.e. a bathing suit, short shorts/sports bra). Be comfortable but the less you’re wearing, the more changes you’ll see between the photos

Sign up & download the app
Download the app to access the "SWEAT IT OUT" program (first 7-days FREE)! If you already have the app downloaded, just click to submit your entry, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the app! **Make sure you wait for confirmation of your entry, after you hit submit!
Submit before & after photos
Submit before pictures no later than Fri Jan 12th, submit below! At the end of the challenge, take after pictures and submit by Sat March 9th. Take photos RELAXED AND FLEXED. Note: photos are optional but required to be eligible for one of the grand prizes.

Pre- and post-challenge strength test
Time how long you can hold/how many you can do before resting: Plank, Push-Ups (full body or on bent knees), Alt. Jumping Lunges (modification: alt. reverse lunges in 2-min), Wall Sit. Compare your time/reps by testing at the end of the challenge, and let me know your progress!
